How quickly can we start?
We usually introduce your assistant in about ten business days. Your service begins the day you meet them, and you are not billed while we search.
What if my assistant is not the right fit?
Within the first fourteen days we will match a replacement at no extra cost, and we manage the handover so there is never a gap in your support.
How do you protect my privacy and security?
We work to a written standard: delegated access instead of shared passwords, isolated workspaces, multi-factor authentication, and confidentiality signed by name. You can read it in full on our security page.
Which timezones do you cover?
Wherever you are based, we have an international team ready to cover your hours. Your assistant keeps an agreed daily window in your timezone, while the rest of the work runs asynchronously.
How does pricing work?
One simple monthly fee, never hourly. We share the figure on a short call once we understand what you need, so the conversation is about fit rather than a price tag.
How will we communicate, and are calls recorded?
Through your assistant's North & Hayes email and scheduled video calls. The working calls between you and your assistant are recorded, with your consent, and kept privately as a record for your protection.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The service is month to month, with thirty days' notice. No long lock-in.
